A 17-year old Atmore resident has been arrested and charged with production of pornography with a child and possession of obscene material for allegedly videoing a nude minor child then posting the video on Facebook.
Jeremiah Terrell Clack, 2095 Freemanville Drive, is accused of videoing a nude autistic boy while the child was walking in his own back yard.
Escambia County District Attorney said the child was less than 10 years old. Billy also said due to the nature of the crime, which is a class A felony, Clack was automatically adjudicated as an adult.
