A 23-year old Atmore man is being held on $1 million bond after being charged with the murder of an unidentified woman whose body was found was found Sept. 3 in a wooded area in the Nokomis area.
De'Antate Deshay Knight, 1885 James Road, was booked into the Escambia County Detention Center on one count of murder. District Judge Eric Coale set Knight's bond at $1 million and the district attorney's office also filed a motion to have Knight's probation on a previous charge revoked.
