Patsy Lucas Booker

Patsy Lucas Booker, 74, of Baker, Fla., died Thursday, Aug. 6, 2020 in a Pensacola hospital following a brief illness.

Mrs. Booker was born Aug. 14, 1945, to Lonnie and Eula Franklin Lucas in Brewton, Ala. And was a longtime resident of Baker. A member of Rock Creek Apostolic Church and graduate of Baker High School, she was a former employee of Judy Bond who retired as a clerk from the judge of probate office with 27 years of service.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m., Monday, Aug. 10, at Rock Creek Apostolic Church with Bro. John Wayne Pierce and Rev. Bill Wiley officiating. Burial followed at the church cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Booker is survived by her husband, Charles Booker of Baker; one son, Mayhew (Mary) Booker of Wing, Ala.; two brothers, Ronnie Lucas and Jimmy Lucas, both of Pensacola; one sister, Merlene Myrick of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Booker was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Booker; parents; one brother, Ben “Little Boy” Lucas; two sisters, Sue Brown and Willie Robinson; and two grandchildren.
