Lions give back to Brewton community

The Brewton Lions Club presented D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital with a $6,000 check to help create two UV light rooms that will be used to sanitize hospital equipment like masks and gowns. The Lions donation pays for one and a half of the two rooms. Using social distancing and masks, Lions Club President Steve Claytor presents the check to Lee Shaughnessy, director of integrated facilities management at the hospital. From left are Hugh Miller, Lions Club secretary-treasurer, Claytor, Gabe Cagle, assistant director of facility services at the hospital, Shaughnessy and Hospital Administrator Rick Owens.
