In its bi-weekly COVID-19 update released Tuesday, the Escambia County (Ala.) Healthcare Authority announced there have been 10 confirmed cases of the coronavirus in the county and no deaths reported.
The report states that the 10 positive tests in the county were county residents out of 165 county residents tested. There has been one positive test reported from D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital in Brewton and nine from Atmore Community Hospital. However, the two hospitals have tested 262 individuals.
