Hacker accused of offering money to 14-year old boy in exchange for performing sex act

A 54-year old Brewton man has been charged with enticing a child for immoral purposes and soliciting prostitution from a minor after being accused of offering a 14-year old boy $20 to let him perform a sex act on the teenager.

Jeffrey Wayne Hacker, 270 Dawson St., appeared before District Judge Eric Coale Friday and was given a bond of $250,000.

Assistant District Attorney Todd Stearns told Judge Coale that Hacker is accused of offering the young boy the $20 for Hacker to perform oral sex on the teen.
