A Jay man who was a pas- senger in a vehicle pulled over for an expired tag Sunday now faces a felony drug charge.
Anthony Harold Hopkins, 39, 7987 Highway 4, was a pas- senger in a white Toyota Camry with a tag that had expired in June 2019 pulled over by law enforcement at the intersection of Highway 87 and Country Mill Road in Milton, according to a Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office report.
