Weekes back in jail about an hour after posting $100,000 bond for violating offender notice
A former Flomaton resident listed as a registered sex offender was arrested on two violations of Alabama's Sexual Offender Registration Notification Act, and released on $100,000 bond but was back in jail about an hour later when he was arrested again on a violation of probation warrant.
Trey Alexander Weekes, 23, was arrested last Thursday on the SORNA violations for failing to report an address change and for moving into a forbidden residence, which was less than 2,000 feet from a school or daycare, which was in violation of his sex registration notification requirements.
