Rickey Rydell “Boobie” Lyons, III, 3, of Atmore, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, in Atmore.
Child Lyons was born Dec. 22, 2015 to Rickey R. Lyons and Cadena L. Curtis. He attended Lil Angels Development Center and enjoyed Paw Patrol, Superman and Ninja Turtles.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 9, at the Greater Mt. Triumph Baptist Church in Atmore with Rev. Willie Hawthorne and Rev. Amos Barnes, Jr. officiating. Burial followed at Fairview Cemetery with Turner Funeral Chapel directing.
Child Lyons is survived by his parents; four brothers, Malachi, Chad, Kadenx and Aubrey, all of Atmore; two sisters, Jazareia of Atmore and London of Flomaton; three grandparents, Carmen Wooden of Racine, Wis. and Rickey and Tammy Lyons of Brewton; four great-grandparents, Ulysses and Manerva Wooden, Mildred Hill and Willie Curtis, all of Racine, Wis.; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.s
Child Lyons was preceded in death by one grandparent, Krishandra Lyons; two great-grandparents, Josie Mae Lyons and Elijah (Johnny) Lyons; and other family members.
