Franklin Jacob “Pop” Parsons, 85, of Wing, Ala. died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, in a Century, Fla. nursing facility after a brief illness.

Mr. Parsons was a native of Sullivan, Ind. Who was a former resident of Pensacola and long time resident of Wing. A member of the Union Hill Church of Christ, he was a retired quality control inspector with Armstrong World Industries.

The funeral was held at 1 p.m., Monday, Nov. 4, at the Union Hill Church of Christ with Preacher Jared Knoll and Preacher Pat Brinn officiating. Burial followed at Bradley Church Cemetery in the Bradley community of Wing,...
