Marian Sheilah Langham Evans, 71, died Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019.
Mrs. Evans was born Nov. 4, 1947, to Dalton and Dorothy “Toots” Langham. A 1966 W.S. Neal High School graduate, she ran the W.S. Neal bus stop and later was the manager of the Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio in Brewton. She was a member of the New Home Freewill Baptist Church.
The funeral was held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 26, at Craver's Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Robert Craig and Bro. Thaddeus Evans officiating. Burial followed at Weaver Cemetery in the Appleton community with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband of 53 years, Donald Richard Evans; one son, Richard “Richie” Linwood (Melissa) Evans; five grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.
Mrs. Evans was preceded in death by her parents.
