Jay attorney now faces felonies

Ivey's case sent back to a grand jury in DUI wreck that injured three; now facing felony assault

A Jay attorney originally indicted for D.U.I and three misdemeanor assault charges stemming from an April 6, 2018 that injured three people has been re-indicted by an Escambia County grand jury on three felony counts of assault II.

Megan Shell Ivey, 34, 5186 Robin St., turned herself in at the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton late last Wednesday. She was released the same day on $50,000 bond.
