On Sept. 11, 2001 the world we know changed when terrorists hit the United States costing thousands of lives and shifted the landscape of this nation and the globe forever. In honor of those who died, especially the first responders who died trying to save lives when the jets hit the twin towers in New York Woodmen Life joined Little Escambia Baptist Church to help hosts its annual 9-11 breakfast and remembrance for the areas first responders, bottom, photo. Above, Woodmen Life sponsored the erection of a new pole and flag in front of the Flomaton Public Library.
