Thomas Wesley Dean

Thomas Wesley Dean, 61, died Sunday, July 7, 2019, in Bay Minette, Ala.

Mr. Dean was a native of Bay Minette and former resident of Texas and Atlanta who had resided in Perdido, Ala. For the last seven years. A member of Perdido Masonic Lodge #752, he had served in the oil field for 20 years as seismographic supervisor and 20 years as a logger in various capacities.

The funeral was held at 10 a.m., Friday, July 12, at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Pruitt officiating. Burial followed at Brown Cemetery with Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Dean is survived by his wife of 42 years, Kathy R. Dean of Perdido; two sons, Jason Thomas (Melissa) Dean of Texarkana, Texas and Kevin (Sandra) Dean of Perdido; one sister, Terri (Butch) Purvis of Saraland, Ala.; and nine grandchildren.
