Mrs. Carter was born Feb. 18, 1979 to Nathan Roberson and Fannie Louise Green Roberson in Mobile.
The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 23 at New Jerusalem PHC #2 in Bay Minette. Burial followed at Sunrise Memorial Garden with Christian Memorial Funeral Home directing.
