Diane Simmons Dean, 69, of Jay, died Friday, Dec. 28, 2018, at Jay Hospital after an extended illness.
Mrs. Dean was born in Century, Fla. and had been a lifetime member of the Jay community, where she was a homemaker.
The funeral was held at 1 p.m., Monday, Dec. 31, at the Century Church of Christ with Min. Jesse Claunch officiating. Burial followed at Jay Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing.
