Opal Daphne Jones, 73, of Bay Minette, Ala., died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2018.
Mrs. Jones was born Nov. 29, 1945, to Jerry Lee and Montez Gulley Jones, Sr., in Pensacola.
Of the Pentecostal faith, she was a homemaker.
The funeral was held at 12 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 29, at Perdido Baptist Cemetery with Bro. Robert Klotz officiating. Burial followed with Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Jones is survived by one daughter, Gloria Jean Jones of Pensacola; one brother, Jerry Lee Jones, Jr. of Georgia; two sisters, Geraldine Jones and Lula (William) Jarman of Perdido, Ala.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents.
