A Jay man stopped for running a stop sign Nov. 25 faces multiple felony drug charges and child neglect when law enforcement discovered drugs and paraphernalia within reach of a 3-year-old.
Larry Wayne Biggs, 43, 3271 Pine Level Church Road, was stopped at the intersection of Stewart Street and Dearborn Street in Milton for running a stop sign and having no operational brake lights while driving a white Chevrolet pickup, according to a Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office report.
