After dropping its season opener Aug. 24 to Flomaton 27-0, the Jay Royals have outscored their next two opponents 92-0 following Friday night's 52-0 win at Rocky Bayou Christian.
Jay head coach Melvin Kersey said focus now turns to a road game this Friday night at Wewahitchka.
“We've played good the last two weeks, but this is a new week and another long road trip,” Kersey said. “Wewaw runs the triple option and they have a lot of confidence in their fullback. They have a good offensive line, so it will be a battle up front.”
