Martha Rae Brown, 60, died Saturday, August 18, 2018.
Mrs. Brown was born Dec. 10, 1957 to O.C. Burston and Ruby Lee Brown in Atmore. A 1978 graduate of Escambia County High School, she was employed with Flower Nursery, Atmore Community Hospital and Wind Creek Casino. She was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church.
The funeral was held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, August 25, at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Monroe Tucker officiating. Burial followed at Fairview Cemetery with with Robinson-Christian Memorial Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Brown is survived by two daughters, Ketoria Brown and Ketara Brown, both of Atmore; one brother, Terry Brown; one sister, Tony Denise Brown of Atmore; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous family members and friends.
Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Jerry Brown; and one grandparent, Mattie Hawkins.
