Jeffery Troy Pernicka, 32, of Century, died Saturday, August 25, 2018.
Mr. Pernicka was a native of Milton and long time resident of Jay. A 2004 graduate of Jay High School, he was employed in the construction industry and enjoyed the outdoors. He was of the Baptist faith.
The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 1, at the Tabernacle Baptist Church with Revs. Glenn Johnson and Everett Elidy officiating. Burial followed at Concord Cemetery in Jay with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
