The Atmore Memorial VFW Auxiliary to Post 7016 announced the winners of the second annual Summer Patriotic Art Poster Contest Monday morning, July 2, at Atmore City Hall.
The winner in the age 4 to 6 category was Jon Taylor III, age 5. The winner in the age 10 to 12 category was Katelyn Eli Thompson took second place and Christopher Thompson third place in that same age cateogry.
Awards were presented by Atmore VFW Auxiliary President Gayle Johnson.
Posters will be on display in the lobby of city hall through July 31, 2018.
