Charles E. Reynolds, 79, died Saturday, June 9, 2018.
Mr. Reynolds was born September 27, 1938 to Allen, Sr. and Annie L. Reynolds in Atmore. Relocating to Milwaukee, he began worked at Falk Corporation for 35 years, and Grand Avenue Mall. He returned to Atmore and joined Gaines Chapel AME Church, where he joined Men Minister, Male choir and senior choir.
The funeral was held at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 16, at Gaines Chapel A.M.E. Church with Pastor Amos Smith officiating. Burial followed at Fairview Cemetery with Christian Memorial Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Reynolds is survived by two sons, Charles E. (Juliet) Reynolds, Jr. of Atmore and Victor B. (Darnita Griffin) Reynolds of Milwaukee; two daughters, Angela (Marcus) Williams of Nashville, Tenn. and Monica (Denzil) Crosby of Milwaukee; one brother, Allen Reynolds, Jr. of Denver, Colo.; two sisters, Florastein Jackson of Gary, Ind. and Annie Ruth (Elmo) of El Paso, Texas; and nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nephews, nieces and other family members.
Mr. Reynolds was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Mary A. Johnson; and two brothers, Johnny Lee and Volley Reynolds.
