The Escambia County Commission approved two memorandums of understanding with the Poarch Band of Creek Indians concerning road work in the Poarch area.
One is for the county to provide in-kind services for the resurfacing of roads in the area while Poarch would pay for the actual paving.
The second allows Poarch to grade county-owned dirt roads in the area after giving the county notice.
