Susan Fillingim Purvis, 70, died Wednesday, May 30, 2018 following a brief illness.
Mrs. Purvis was born in Atmore and grew up the Bay Springs, Fla. community, where her family owned and operated Morris' General Store. She attended Ernest Ward High School and Pensacola Junior College. Wed in June 1964, she and her husband owned and operated Sugarfoot Farms in Northwest Florida.
