A woman charged with theft of services and failure to pay now faces drug charges after Flomaton police found a pipe containing methamphetamine inside her home.
Shanna Nelson, 32, 2328 Cary St., Flomaton, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Another resident in the home, Nakita Barton, 38, was also charged on identical drug charges.
