Locals make Deanʼs lists, graduate

Several area students from Atmore, Brewton, Flomaton, Frisco City, Monroeville and Uriah made Huntingdon College’s Dean’s List of High Honors and Dean’s List of Honors 2018.

The students who made the lists are: Derik Andrew Kidd of Atmore; Joshua Barrett Fields of Brewton; Aina Gail Grods of Frisco City; Miles Jeffrey Barnhardt of Monroeville and Morgan Tierra Clausell of Uriah.

The Dean's List of High Honors recognizes those who achieved semester

grade point averages of 3.8 to 4.00. The Dean's List of Honors recognizes those who achieved semester averages of 3.6 to 3.79. To be eligible for inclusion on either list, a student must have

received letter grade evaluations on at least 12 hours during the term and must have completed all coursework

for the term. An "incomplete" grade on a student's grade report precludes the student's inclusion on the Dean's List.

Several students from this area attending Troy University completed the requirements for graduation

during the spring 2018 semester at the Troy Campus.

Local residents who graduated include: from Atmore, Sarah Wooten, Bachelor of Science in Education; from

Brewton, Michael Boyd, Bachelor of Science; Matthew Sanders, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; Leah Brundidge, Master of Business Administration and Morgan Rowell, Bachelor of Science; and from Flomaton, Lindsey White, Bachelor of Science.
