Bobby Mathis, 61, died Sunday, Jan. 29, 2018 in Pensacola.
Mr. Mathis was a native and lifelong resident of Century. An avid fisherman, he was a past Little League Coach and member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.
The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 2 at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Revs. Glenn Johnson and Steve Crawley officiating. Burial followed at Flomaton Cemetery with Petty-Eastside Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Mathis is survived by one son, Dennis Mathis of Century; one daughter, Annie Mae Mathis of Century; two brothers, Jimmy (Phyllis) Mathis of Century and Tommy Lee (Sandra) Mathis of Clermont, Fla.; three grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces and other family members.
Mr. Mathis was preceded in death by one son, Nicholas Andrew Mathis; and his parents, Tom and Annie Mathis.
