Otis Gerald Freeman, 74, died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017 in Atmore.
Mr. Freeman was a native of Pineville, Fla. and had resided in Canoe, Ala. for the past 35 years. Of the Baptist faith, he worked with Swift Lumber for 20 years.
A visitation was held from 6 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 29 at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral home directing.
Mr. Freeman is survived by his childrens' mothers, Gayle Martin of Atmore and Cindy Singleton Freeman of Brewton; five daughters, Andrea (Billy) Young of Atmore, Suzy (Jeff) Blackburn of Conover, N.C., Alanna Clemmons and Stephanie (Householder) Freeman, both of Atmore, and Valorie (Mike) Jones of Troy, Ala.; two brothers, Gordon (Zena) Freeman of Walnut Hill, Fla. and Terry Freeman of Pensacola; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Freeman was preceded in death by his parents, General and Elaine Freeman; and one brother, Gene Freeman.
