    A Brewton man who is accused of making terrorist threats against an Escambia County (Ala.) circuit judge, other attorneys and threatening to burn down a Brewton law office will see his case headed to a grand jury after Conecuh County Judge Clint Hyde ruled there was probable cause that he committed the crimes.     People who own real property in Escambia County (Ala.) have until 4 p.m. today (Thursday, Dec. 31) to avoid late fees and penalties. Tax Collector Tim Pettis said the tax collector's office at the courthouse in Brewton and at the satellite office in Atmore will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today.
