    Following a 45-minute public hearing Tuesday night, the Flomaton Town Council voted unanimously to approve a zoning ordinance and future land use map for the corporate limits of the town. With Councilman Jim Johnson absent, council members Roger Adkinson, Kay Wagner, Charlie Reardon and Lillian Dean, along with Mayor Dewey Bondurant, Jr., voted to adopt the ordinance and map.     A Flomaton High School graduate, who served as physical therapist through the Andrews Institute and Baptist Health Care, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with a school employee having sex with an FHS student under the age of 19. Kelsie Lauren Johnson, 26, 88 Tom Shivers Road, Flomaton, was charged with engaging in sexual intercourse with a 17-year old Flomaton High School student.     An East Brewton man was jailed on $1 million bond after being arrested at his 119 Virginia St., residence with 280 grams of methamphetamine. Brian Keith Meadows, 58, was charged with trafficking meth, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
