    In a unanimous vote at its meeting Tuesday night, the Century Town Council approved Mayor Luis Gomez's recommendation to hire candidate Carrie Moore to serve as town clerk. The position was left vacant when Leslie Howington resigned in April. The town approved hiring Lakisha Burch as interim town clerk in late May.     The Flomaton Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating 38-year old Christopher Moody who is wanted on multiple felony warrants after being accused of attacking a woman Tuesday afternoon on Railroad Street near the railroad trestle.     Escambia County (Ala.) Circuit Clerk John Robert Fountain said Tuesday he has sent out 120 absentee voter applications for the Nov. 5 General Election and said he has received five ballots back.
