Health Care Authority has reached an agreement with MedStar to provide comprehensive 24-7 ground coverage for the greater Atmore area and switch Flomaton's coverage to D.W.     In a workshop last Thursday, the Century Town Council came up with possible higher fees and security presence on a case-by-case basis as part of changes and updates for rentals in the town, which will be voted on at a future council meeting.     Michele M. McClung, director of teaching, learning and assessment for the Mobile County public school system, was selected as the new Escambia County (Ala.)
