    A Brewton man was jailed on felony charges of rape I and sodomy I for allegedly forcing a minor girl to have sex on multiple occasions. Joseph Locke Nance, 23, 7118 Sowell Road, faces a possible sentence of 20 years to life if convicted as charged on the two Class A felonies.     The Century City Council approved removing mid-month late fees for natural gas and water and changed the written notice on utility bills to reflect the town’s policy on late payments at Tuesday night’s meeting.     The Flomaton Fire Department will be adding an additional firetruck after the town council voted Monday afternoon to purchase a used truck from the Appleton Fire Department. Mayor Dewey Bondurant, Jr., said he had talked with Fire Chief Steve Stanton and said the chief was OK with the town purchasing the used truck for $2,500.
