    A 17-year old Atmore resident has been arrested and charged with production of pornography with a child and possession of obscene material for allegedly videoing a nude minor child then posting the video on Facebook. Jeremiah Terrell Clack, 2095 Freemanville Drive, is accused of videoing a nude autistic boy while the child was walking in his own back yard.     Beginning this Sunday, July 18, stores in the unincorporated areas of Escambia County (Ala.) can begin selling alcohol on Sundays following a unanimous vote by the county commission Monday morning. Commissioner Scottie Stewart was absent, but when contacted later he said he supported the alcohol sales on Sunday.     The Flomaton Town Council voted Monday afternoon to name a committee to begin the process of developing a zoning ordinance for property inside the town limits. Mayor Bondurant presented the council with a list of committee members that included him as chairman.
