    The Escambia County (Ala.) Rabies Clinic will be Saturday, June 29, from 7 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. to give rabies shots. The shots are $12 each and cats must be in carriers and dogs must be on leashes.     A Flomaton man pulled over for an expired tag ended up in the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton on drug charges after officers found a bag of methamphetamine in his pocket.     A Jay man who was a passenger in a traffic stop was arrested June 17 and is facing a felony drug possession charge.
