    An Atmore man and a woman he said was his common law wife have been arrested for financial exploitation of the elderly and other charges accusing them of taking advantage of the man's elderly mother. Todd Jefferson Morris, 53, 346 Perry Lane, Atmore, and Kimberly Ann Mason, 55, also of 246 Perry Lane, Atmore, were both charged with financial exploitation of the elderly.     A Milton woman who was a passenger in a vehicle that had an expired tag now sits in the Escambia County (Ala.) Detention Center in Brewton on $1 million bond for trafficking methamphetamine. Kristina Elise Saxson, 33, 5317 Catalina St., Milton, was arrested June 12 by Atmore police and charged with trafficking and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.     The Flomaton Town Council approved a recommendation by Town Clerk Carrie Moore to pay bills prior to the council's approval on budgeted items that had been previously approved by the council.     Dee Sullivan, principal of Byrneville Elementary School, is retiring at age 80 with 59 years in education. Sullivan grew up in Michigan and got her elementary education degree from Western Michigan University then moved to California to begin her teaching career.     Alabama Power Co., has launched a new visual outage map that allows customers real-time access to power outages and estimated times of power restoration. Sam Schjott, governmental and community relations manager for the power company, informed the Escambia County Commission Monday about the new feature that is free to customers by simply signing up.
