    An Aniah's Law hearing was scheduled Monday for a Monroeville woman and an Atmore man who have been charged with aggravated child abuse and murder following the death of the woman's 2-month old child. Shelby Shyanne Comalander, 24, 1825 Clausell Road, Monroeville, and Larry William Jackson, 48, 239 Riley Road, Atmore, were both jailed without bond.     An Evergreen man who was on probation for attempted murder is back behind bars on murder and assault charges after being arrested for shooting and killing his brother and beating his father. Shawn Jerome Miller, 42, 40 Camilia Lane, was jailed without bond following the incident Saturday night.     Anthony Davidson Field will now sit inside Dewey J. Bondurant, Jr., park instead of Hurricane Park after the Escambia County (Ala.) School Board voted to name the Flomaton park in honor of the former mayor. Bondurant, who was first elected mayor of Flomaton in 2004, resigned that position on April 10, citing health reasons.
