    A 70-year old Brewton area woman died Friday night when the wheelchair-bound woman was trapped inside her burning home on Jernigan Road, near McCall. Phala Partin Hay, 266 Jernigan Road, was found inside the home by first responders, according to McCall Volunteer Fire Department Chief Charles Jackson. Sheriff Heath Jackson told county commissioners Monday that they should expect a crowd of people at the next meeting to complain about the noise at the Tri-County Racetrack near Flomaton.
