    Jim Johnson was sworn in Monday afternoon as mayor of Flomaton to fill the unexpired term of Dewey Bondurant, Jr., who resigned the mayor's position April 10.     Flomaton High School's boys track team finished second in the Class 1A through 3A state track meet this past weekend in Cullman in a meet that not only came down to inches or seconds but numbers of members on the team.
