    The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office responded to an alarm around 2:30 a.m. at Pittman Building Supply in Jay last Friday involving the theft of firearms and other items, according to a Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office report.     A Jay man was arrested Feb. 21 and faces a charge of felony possession of a controlled substance charge after law enforcement assisting with a search warrant in reference to a separate incident searched him and found methamphetamine and various pills.
