Elbert Myrle Wright, 84, of Pensacola, died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2018 in Pensacola.
Mr. Wright was born Aug. 21, 1934 to B.C. and Jewel Shelton Wright in Ripley, Miss. and retired as an aeronautical engineer.
The funeral was held at 11 a, m., Saturday, Feb. 10. at Hosy Presley Cemetery in Nokomis, Ala. with Bro. Butch Lee officiating. Burial followed with Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Wright is survived by his wife, Marsha White Wright of Pensacola; two sons, Darl Wright of Montana and Christopher W. Wright of Arkansas; three daughters, Brenda Tallon of Montana, Janet Fife of Washington and Jean Jennings of Norwich, Kan.; two sisters, Dot Windham and Shirley Edison, both of Miss.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mr. Wright was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Dale Wright; two brothers, Jimmy Wright and Charles Wright; and one sister, Margorie Roffman.
