Charles “Chuck” Nathaniel Carden, 78, died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018 in Texas.
Mr. Carden was born in Pollard, Ala. And was a former resident of both Pollard and Flomaton before relocating to Atmore, where he lived the past 14 years. An avid golfer, he was a member of Carden Singers and Friendship Freewill Baptist Church.
The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 3, at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Rusty Burnham officiating. Burial followed at Pollard Cemetery with Petty-Eastside Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Carden is survived by his wife, Maggie Carden of Atmore; one son, Danny Carden of Michigan; two daughters, Donna Best of Pensacola and Katie Carden of Pensacola; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous other extended family members.
Mr. Carden was preceded in death by his parents, Nic and Katie Carden; one brother, Dough Carden; one sister, Liz Burnham; and other family members.
