Bartlett
During an increase in traffic patrol New Year's Eve, Flomaton Police Chief Bryan Davis said officers made contact with seven people under the age of 21 who were either in possession of or consumption of alcohol and one adult was charged with providing alcohol to minors.
Davis said Robert Cody Bartlett, 21, 2937 Jay Road, was charged with distribution of alcohol to minors. Bartlett was transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton and later released on $500 bond.
Davis said one 18 and one 19-year old were charged and the other minors were turned over to their guardians.
