District Attorney Steve Billy called a special grand jury this week that returned indictments against two men arrested about two weeks ago for an Aug. 7, 2017 home invasion that left on man dead and a woman injured.     A Flomaton woman was jailed on $50,000 bond after being charged with willful torture of a child for injuries she's accused of inflicting on her 2-year old daughter. Angela Wilson-Milosevich, 36, 1916 Jordan Road, turned herself in at the Flomaton Police Department Thanksgiving Day after learning of the arrest warrant.
